No. You can book a consultation directly. If your practitioner considers a referral to another doctor appropriate after speaking with you, they can discuss that during the call. With your consent, they can also share what was discussed with your regular GP.
No. Telehealth is not suitable for every concern, and some assessments need an in-person examination or tests first. Your practitioner will tell you if that applies to you. Any next step is only where they consider it clinically appropriate for your circumstances.
